Juan F. Madrid

Juan Madrid is an attorney and shareholder of Law Offices of Juan F. Madrid P.A. d/b/a Impact Immigration Law Services.

Mr. Madrid has more than twenty years of experience in Removal and Deportation Litigation, as well in numerous areas of the immigration law. His practice includes business-based and investor immigration, political asylum, humanitarian relief, complex removal waivers and related criminal issues, naturalization, and family-based immigration.

He has a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School, Washington, D.C.

In addition, Mr. Madrid has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. MD., and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from City University of New York, N.Y.

He is a president of the Center for Immigrant Advancement (CIMA), which is a nonprofit organization that helps immigrants in the US.

Ida B. De Luca

Ida B. De Luca

Ida De Luca is a lawyer with Ph.D. in Law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), Master Degree in Brazilian Civil Procedure from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), and Master of Laws in International Law – Specialization in U.S. and Transnational Law for Foreign Lawyers (LL.M) from University of Miami.

Ms. De Luca is originally from Brazil and moved to the United States in 2016. She was admitted as an International Researcher at Florida International University (FIU), concluding her doctorate in comparative law between Brazilian and U.S. legal systems.

In 2017, during her studies at University of Miami, Ms. De Luca started working as a volunteer law clerk for non-profit organizations that work with U.S. Immigration. Since then, Ms. De Luca have been handling and focusing on various areas of U.S. Immigration regulations.

In 2020 Ms. De Luca was admitted as a lawyer in the State of New York, completing her goal to be able to practice law in both Brazil and the United States. She works in numerous areas of the Federal Immigration Law, which includes business-based and investor immigration, political asylum, humanitarian relief, naturalization, and family-based immigration, as well Removal and Deportation Litigation.

Ms. De Luca is also certified by Florida Bar as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Brazilian Law.

Admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Brazil.

Practice Limited to Federal Immigration.

Fluent in English and Portuguese. Proficient in Spanish.


Jovanna Solis

Ms. Solis is a lawyer in Venezuela with more than 11 years of experience.

Here in the U.S., Ms. Solis is an immigration paralegal. She is familiar with many aspects of our immigration law practice. She is a great support to our attorneys and staff.

Alvaro Espinoza

Mr. Espinosa has an associate degree in Art with a pathway in business administration, and also pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

He is a legal assistant, being familiar with many aspects of our immigration law practice. He is a great support to our attorneys and staff.
